RULES AND POLICIES
All NHRA rules and regulations
apply plus the following "Track" rules and policies
All participants must fill out a Tech
Sheet and pass a tech inspection before making a pass
down the track. All subsequent
changes to the vehicle, which affect areas of inspection, must be re-teched. Failure to
do so will result in disqualification until remedied. The Track reserves the right to inspect any
vehicle at any time
Only one team support person
will be allowed beyond the blue line in the restricted area of the starting area,
and for the sole purpose of aiding the staging process.
Time trials are by class. Each participant must make their
appropriate call for each time trial or forfeit it. NO make ups will be extended once your
class has ended. No punch cards will
be punched, but, quantity of time runs will be documented in the computer
system. Abuse of time runs will result
in disqualification.
An approved Helmet must be worn by
all competitors in all classes, with the exception of "Street Legal Fun
Night" participants.

"AutoStart" will be in affect for all classes during
time runs and eliminations. Once
staged in the AutoStart system, any movement out of
the stage lights before the tree activates itself,
will result in an automatic red light.
This does not include "flickering of the lights" which is
protected by a time delay (though small)
The driver in the right lane has the right-of-way
when turning onto the return road.
Burn-out across the starting line is permissible for cars with 2
wheeled brakes and vehicles with 4 wheeled brakes if running 5.99 or faster
10 MPH speed
limit in the pits and on the return road.
No Excessive braking.
Failure to comply will be grounds for disqualification.
Dial-Ins must be visibly displayed on the
front, rear, and Driver side windows before pulling onto the asphalt
approach. Once on the asphalt
approach, no changes to the dial-in may be made without permission of the Event
Director.
Courtesy staging will be enforced for all classes
during time runs, as well as, elimination’s.
Both vehicles must be pre-staged before one stages. If one competitor stages before the other
competitor pre-stages, the competitor not yet pre-staged should wait for the
starter to back the staged vehicle out of their stage
beam. If both vehicles in competition are pre-staged
for an extended length of time, the Starter will give a visible
"five" count. If neither
vehicle has staged at the end of the "five count", both vehicles will
be red lighted.
Bye-Runs:
Determined by the best reaction time on the second time run for first
round and by previous round's best reaction time after
first round. Recipients of bye-runs
will have lane choice and retain it on a "Use it or Lose
it" basis. In other words, the
"Bye-Run" stays with the participant until they either use it or lose
in competition.
Lane choice will be by driver preference on
entry of the staging lanes. If the
left lane is desired, enter the left lane and vice-versa. Once all vehicles in one lane are
depleted, lane choice for the remaining lane will be determined by faster car.

In the event of a "track"
error, both competitors will be advanced to the next round of eliminations,
unless advancement would alter the money round. Due to different class structures and
payouts, a “Money Round” is affected if the infraction occurs with 16 or less
competitors in the round of infraction.
If a money round is affected, a Re-Run will be ran after an adequate
cool down period. Both competitors
must use their dial-ins from the original run, unless both competitors agree to
change.
Absolutely NO
GLASS CONTAINERS allowed on premises.
